I saw this doctor a couple of weeks ago for laser eye treatment. He was very professional, helpful and reassuring and made me feel very comfortable. The procedure went very smoothly and I am very pleased with the results. In addition all of his staff, especially Pippa his secretary, made me feel very welcome. The clinic itself was lovely and well kept which made the experience all the better. I would be happy for any further treatment from DR Chawla and his staff.

Dr Chawla is a wonderful Doctor, he diagnosed two papilloma's on my eye lid. He was very friendly and helpful and his professional, knowledgeable approach set me at ease. He explained everything thoroughly. I attended his clinic and he removed both papilloma's painlessly and quickly. His staff are very friendly and helpful, with great aftercare. The operation was totally successful and it was the best decision I have made in years to go to Dr Chawla and his team. Highly recommended.

I had great care from start to finish, consultations were not rushed, every fear was listened to and explained thoroughly, on the days of both cataract operations i was put at ease and the procedures were over very quickly and results were starting to be seen later that day, I can only speak from personal experience and wish I had had the cataracts done sooner, the changes it has made to my life are amazing, I have my confidence back.

Mr Chawla performed cataract surgery on both eyes in 2018 and in 2022 it was necessary for me to have a YAG laser capsulotomy. The whole experience from my initial consultations to the post operation follow ups were first class. Mr Chawla reassured and clearly explained, to a very apprehensive patient, the procedures and was true to his word that I would not feel a thing. Mr Chawla is without question very highly skilled and has a comforting demeanour which puts patients at ease. I would always recommend him without hesitation. A special mention should also be made to Mr Chawla’s nurse Jenny and his secretary Pip. Jenny’s cheerful disposition is very welcoming and Pip was more than helpful by providing information to my insurance company which ensured they covered the entire cost of the YAG laser capsulotomy.
